Property Maintenance

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $26-$28/hr.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in multi-family housing preferred

• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance

• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of maintenance issues

• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Must be able to lift, climb, bend, squat, and use ladders regularly

• HVAC certification preferred (if applicable)

• This is NOT a supervisor position. This will be hands on walking, bending, going up and down stairs and carrying up to 50lbs in all weather conditions.
