Maintenance & Facilities Technician
Location: East Side of Indiana
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $25.00–$26.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Position
We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Maintenance & Facilities Technician to join our team at a clothing company. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can troubleshoot basic mechanical issues, and takes pride in keeping a facility clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
Perform general building and facility maintenance.
Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical issues.
Assist with painting and general upkeep.
Perform cleaning and maintenance throughout the facility.
Complete occasional outdoor maintenance and cleanup.
Help keep work areas organized, safe, and in good condition.
Perform other general maintenance duties as needed.
Qualifications
Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools and equipment.
Previous maintenance, mechanical, facilities, or general labor experience preferred.
Must be dependable and able to work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM.
Must be able to read and write English.
Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must be comfortable performing both indoor and outdoor work.
Strong attention to safety and cleanliness.
What We Offer
$25–$26 per hour
Consistent Monday–Friday schedule
Daytime hours: 6:00 AM–3:30 PM
