- Patrol property: Walk or drive around the inside and outside of the area to check for damage, open doors, or danger.
- Control access: Check visitor badges, sign guests in, and stop unauthorized people from entering.
- Monitor systems: Watch security cameras, computer screens, and alarm panels for unusual activity.
- Help people: Give directions, answer questions, and assist visitors or workers.
- Write reports: Note daily events, visitor counts, and write clear notes if an incident happens.
- Respond to emergencies: Call police, fire, or medical workers when trouble happens
