Law: Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP seeks Income Partner, Corp/Fin'ce in NY, NY to engage in variety of legal activities involving structuring, dvlpmt, & financing of complex domestic & cross-border infrastructure & energy projects, incl projects involving novel structures, emerging technologies, & multi-jurisdictional regulatory regimes. Req'mts: JD or foreign equiv & 6 yrs of progressively responsible exp in job offered or rel. occupation working at an int'l law firm: drafting, negotiating & finalizing principal transaction docs & ancillary agreements in connection w/complex project fin'ce & infrastructure financings. Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. Must be admitted to practice law in NYS.
