Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

<li>Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other Federal and State laws.</li>

Financial:
<ul>
<li>In conjunction with the RPM, the property manager will assist in the formulation of budgets for each upcoming calendar year. The property manager is responsible for staying within the established budget guidelines throughout the year.</li>
<li>Actively maintain and report monthly variances and narratives.</li>
<li>Ensure that all rents are collected when due, and posted in a timely manner. Make sure that all bank deposits are made immediately and deposits are reported to the corporate office on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Perform evictions, utility cut-offs and landlord liens as required on delinquent rents.</li>
<li>Constant vendor/contractor communications concerning work scheduling, billings, vendor relations and certificates of insurance. The property manager is responsible for approving and submitting all invoices to the corporate office for payment.</li>

Human Resources:

Our client seeks a IT Project Manager / IT Program Manager to oversee and execute strategic projects.
The IT Project Manager / IT Program Manager position is a full-time contract opportunity, where you will earn up to $80/hour, based on your experience. Plus, additional incentives. You will work Monday – Friday daytime hours.
As a IT Project Manager / IT Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing strategic projects that drive the further development and implementation of innovative digital solutions, as well as:

<li>Providing direct leadership over the Project Managers and Project Admins</li>
<li>Supporting the success of the PMO team overall</li>
<li>Defining project objectives, scope, requirements, critical path, and success criteria in alignment with key stakeholders</li>

</ul>
To be considered for this IT Project Manager / IT Program Manager opportunity, you must have at least five (5) years of project management experience in the wealth management industry with a focus on digital solutions. In addition, you must have:

<li>Bachelor’s Degree (business, finance, or related field)</li>
<li>Proficiency in project management software and digital tools</li>
<li>PMP or similar project management certification is a plus</li>
<li>Familiarity with Financial Services or Wealth Management business operations including Investment Management, Compliance, Rep Advisor Onboarding/Transitions, Operations, Licensing, Registration</li>
<li>Understanding of Registered Investment Advisory, Broker Dealer, investment products, financial planning, and wealth management strategies in a digital context is a plus</li>
<li>Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)</li>
