Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Related Functions:

Supervision/Training Related Functions:

<li>Provide oversight with documentation of the Medication Administration Record with checks of the MAR at least once per week</li>
<li>Monitor and record required trainings for staff and schedule updates as needed to remain current. Complete monthly staff schedule ensuring appropriate levels of staff coverage</li>
<li>Provide direct support in providing services needed to protect the health and safety of the consumer, in a staffing crisis</li>
<li>Provide training and oversight for staff regarding Medicaid Waiver guidelines and licensing and certification standards</li>
<li>Communicate with the Interdisciplinary Team about concerns and findings</li>
<li>Be available to respond to staff in case of an emergency</li>
<li>Perform on-site evaluations for all field staff</li>
<li>Complete all annual evaluations and submit to Manager one month prior to hire date anniversary to ensure timely reviews</li>

Education and Experience:

Summary of Duties:
Provide coordination and supervision of assigned residential sites or services. In addition, the Team Manager will directly be responsible for and manage the day-to-day operations of assigned IRA including, supervision/training/scheduling of all staff; and implementation and monitoring of ISPs. Work cooperatively with other agency personnel in the development and delivery of comprehensive services to meet individual’s needs. Provide administrative and programmatic supervision to Residential Managers, Residential Supervisors, and Habilitation Instructors as assigned. 
Reporting Relationships:
Receive both administrative and programmatic supervision from Residential Director. Provide direct supervision to Residence Manager, Residence Supervisor, Behavior Technicians, and Habilitation Instructors as assigned. Work cooperatively with other team leaders and department administrators.

The Youth Center offers services in an LGBTQ+ safe and affirming environment and serves as an entry point to assist youth making the transition from homelessness to housing. Our services include meals, clothing, support groups, a charter high school, GED and college prep program, an employment preparation, training and placement program, case management, counseling, a crisis shelter and a transitional living program (TLP). Our community-based programs include services for youth at-home, in school or in systems of care. 
JOB SUMMARY: The Resident Assistant provides direct oversight and care to Youth Center members and residents and is responsible for being an after-hours presence for LGBTQ+ sheltered youth at the Center’s Interim Housing programs. This position works with a member/resident population that is currently or formerly experiencing homelessness and has high rates of health, mental health, and substance-related issues. The ideal candidate is familiar with and has experience with this population. 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Follow a framework of care goals and department protocols to ensure member and resident safety, provide crisis intervention and de-escalation along a spectrum of intervention techniques.
• In partnership with the residential team, support case plan goals through regular communication, housing search, and referrals for education, employment, health, and mental health resources.
• Implement philosophy-of-care, house rules, including housing-first, harm-reduction and trauma-informed care principles.
• Provide a welcoming presence onsite for members and residents to engage with by answering questions and providing information.
• Monitor member and resident access, including appropriate entry and departure, and oversee residential spaces to safeguard resident care.
• Assist with the mediation of conflicts that arise and de-escalate residents who are exhibiting behavior that is inappropriate/anxious/aggressive or may be violating program rules.
• Establish and maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of the youth center and residential program and assist residents with maintaining the cleanliness of their living spaces.
• Plan and facilitate onsite programming, events, and social activities for member/resident engagement utilizing a Positive Youth Development framework.
• Assist with the assessment of residents experiencing severe mental health symptoms and contact Psychiatric Medical Response Team (PMRT) if a resident exhibits behavior that is harmful to self or others.
• Contact emergency services (e.g. police, ambulance, fire department, PMRT) in cases of emergency, such as a health or mental health crisis, fire, or presence of unauthorized persons.

The client is seeking an experienced Android AI/ML Engineer - Infrastructure to develop advanced on-device machine learning systems that enable secure, adaptive, and scalable intelligence across mobile devices. The role emphasizes building intelligent, adaptive, and privacy-preserving ML systems that operate efficiently within the constraints of mobile environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing real-time, context-aware inference systems that can respond dynamically to local data patterns and behaviors. <li>Develop secure, privacy-first solutions where all data processing and ML inference occur strictly on-device, with no external data exposure.</li>
<li>Enable mechanisms for continuous local learning and model updates using device-resident data and signals, without compromising privacy.</li>
<li>Ensure integration with Android’s security model and collaborate with platform and product teams to deploy AI features safely at scale.</li>

 Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>5-7 years of experience with a Master's degree, 3+ years of experience with a PhD</li>
<li>A candidate with a strong on-device ML experience is highly prioritized and required</li>
<li>A strong understanding of system architecture, resource management, and performance tuning.</li>
<li>Hands-on expertise with on-device ML frameworks including TensorFlow Lite, ML Kit, MediaPipe, and PyTorch Mobile.</li>
<li>Solid foundation in machine learning and signal processing techniques, such as time-series modeling, clustering, classification, and real-time event detection.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of mobile data handling and Android security practices, including permissions, sandboxing, and secure data storage.</li>
<li>Strong experience with model optimization and backend integration</li>
<li>Understanding of privacy-preserving learning techniques and data governance in mobile environments.</li>
<li>Familiarity with secure data handling on Android, including encrypted storage, permissions, sandboxing, and secure compute enclaves.</li>
<li>Experience with telemetry systems and evaluation pipelines for monitoring model performance on-device at scale.</li>
<li>Experience in Android development (Kotlin/Java) is good to have</li>

Desired qualifications:
