Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment? Join our Operations Maintenance team and play a vital role in keeping a fast-paced, highly automated distribution facility running at peak performance. As a Maintenance Technician II, you'll work with conveyors, motors, automated systems, robotics, and electrical controls while gaining valuable experience with cutting-edge technology.

What You'll Do

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on material handling equipment and facility systems.
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, and automated equipment.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and quickly diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
Complete scheduled maintenance tasks and accurately document work performed.
Manage and update work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Record equipment downtime and maintenance activities to support operational reliability.
Perform battery maintenance and replacements as needed.
Maintain spare parts inventory and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Follow all safety procedures and ensure equipment meets operational and regulatory standards.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

2+ years of industrial maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or electrical maintenance experience.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing conveyors, material handling equipment, or automated systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
Experience following and promoting workplace safety standards.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.
Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems.
Experience using a CMMS for maintenance tracking and reporting.
Knowledge of robotics, sensors, motors, VFDs, and control systems.
Associate degree, technical certification, or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
Apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience.
Continuous improvement and reliability-focused mindset.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.50 - $32.50/hr.
