Law: Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP seeks Sr Associate in NY, NY to advise exec mgmt & boards of directors on strategy regarding legal risk allocation in transaction negotiation, structuring & documentation. Req'mts: JD or foreign equiv & 3 yrs of exp in job offered or rel. field: drafting & preparing corp. legal transactional docs, incl stock purchase agreements, confidentiality agreements, board & stockholder resolutions, incorporating documentation & other legal docs rel. to restructuring. Must be admitted to practice law in NYS. Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
