Responsibilities
Matrix Provider – What to Expect:
<ul>
<li>Conduct Adult/Geriatric Assessments, medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers and any ancillary medical personnel as appropriate</li>
<li>Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education, provide follow-up</li>
<li>Provide services in a variety of venues to include: Home Visits, Skilled Facility Visits</li>
</ul>
Nurse Practitioner - PRN- Home Risk Assessments
Type: PRN- Flexible-Nurse Practitioner
PAY: Earn from $1,800 up to $9,000 per month (Based on an average of 20-100 completed visits per month, and pay of $90 per completed assessment). Compensation range is based on availability and assessment completion.
Location: Home, SNF and other community environments in Mc Kee, Kentucky
Hours: Days, Evening, Nights, weekend, Flexible Scheduling
Benefits: PRN providers are non-benefited except for 401(k) and limited Voluntary Benefits

Qualifications
Must Haves:
<ul>
<li>Master’s Degree required OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure</li>
<li>Current RN and NP licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authority</li>
<li>Board certified by the AANP, ANCC or the AACCN in a Matrix approved specialty</li>
<li>Have a current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification</li>
<li>Have a Minimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner</li>
<li>Have strong computer skills and familiarity with Employee health/medical record software</li>
<li>Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with patient, clients and colleagues</li>
<li>Be comfortable and flexible with frequent change</li>
</ul>
Travel Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Have the ability to travel, a valid state driver license and able to drive a car, proof of adequate automobile insurance coverage for the state of residence</li>
<li>Travel required to meet patients where they live</li>

What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Professional to join our team at Metro East Senior Apartments in Santa Ana, CA. In this role, you will be instrumental in achieving our apartment community’s leasing goals, maximizing occupancy rates, and enhancing resident satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations related to leasing apartments, conducting property tours, processing applications, and executing renewal strategies to maintain high levels of resident engagement.
This is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Leasing &amp; Marketing: Promote the apartment community, conduct tours, and implement outreach campaigns to drive traffic. Manage online listings and social media to increase visibility.</li>
<li>Lease Signing &amp; Move-In Coordination: Facilitate applicant screenings, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins. Maintain accurate lease documentation.</li>
<li>Resident Satisfaction &amp; Retention: Build relationships to encourage renewals, address concerns, and implement retention strategies.</li>
<li>Sales &amp; Lead Generation: Convert leads into leases, meet leasing goals, and generate new prospects through events and follow-ups.</li>
<li>Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, assist in reporting, and support the Community Manager with lease renewals, resident files, and compliance with regulations.</li>
</ul>

Who You Are: (Requirements of the Position)

<li>You have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a sales environment or leasing property management role.</li>
<li>You have a passion for helping people find their ideal apartment home.</li>
<li>Goal Oriented.</li>
<li>You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple responsibilities, including leasing apartments, conducting tours, managing paperwork, and addressing resident needs.</li>
<li>You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and comfortable learning or knowing property management software like Yardi, MRI, or other leasing and property management systems.</li>
<li>You possess a friendly, energetic, and approachable personality that resonates with both prospective and current residents.</li>
<li>You are available to work weekends, which is essential for meeting the needs of potential residents and conducting tours during high-traffic hours.</li>
<li>You are physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.</li>
