POSITION SUMMARY:
The Regional Facility Accounting Manager provides oversight, leadership, and support to the facility Finance Managers in our managed facilities. The job is rewarding, challenging, the environment is uplifting, and the responsibility is critical to our customers and the communities they serve. 
This position will review financial activities and transactions of venues such as monthly financial statements, supporting the General Managers in the annual budgeting processes, oversight of financial reviews/controls/audits, performing high-level business analysis, and occasionally providing staff accounting functions for specified venues. This position will be responsible for dotted line supervision of venue Finance Managers in multiple facilities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

<li>Supervise the overall closing process monthly; ensure books are closed accurately and all venue level financial transactions are performed in a timely manner </li>
<li>Support the venues in preparation of financial statements to ensure compliance with US GAAP, pro forma reports, and dashboards for review and distribution to management and clients</li>

<li> Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education </li>

<li> Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service </li>
<li> Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise </li>

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.</li>
<li>Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.</li>
<li>Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disruptions within the location.</li>
<li>Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site-specific policies.</li>
<li>Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.</li>

Kauhale Housing Specialist Job Description:

<li>Assist formerly homeless adults with severe mental illness in transitioning into and maintaining permanent supportive housing.</li>
<li>Coordinate housing placements and ensure residents receive needed documentation and entitlements.</li>
<li>Conduct initial intake assessments and help residents develop individualized housing support plans.</li>
<li>Foster positive landlord-tenant relationships, assist with lease signings, and provide ongoing tenancy support.</li>
<li>Collaborate with clinical teams, property managers, and community partners to promote housing stability.</li>

Kauhale Housing Specialist Requirements:
